JTR Corporate Founder Bios
Louis Silberman
In 1998, Silberman left his career in public and private securities to turn his passion for well-being into Health4her.com, an online women's health store that quickly became profitable in an era when dotcoms were falling like flies. Without standard Internet business trappings such as multimillion-dollar venture capital, high-powered consultants or eccentric marketing campaigns, Silberman's Health4Her.com surpassed brand-established competitors such as Walgreen's, Drug Emporium and more. In 2004, Silberman chronicled his amazing story in Internet Business Dreams. Since Health4Her.com, Silberman has co-founded several successful companies with partner Matt Gould including Arveo, a marketing firm specializing in business training solutions and motivational products; Illuma Studios, a full blown marketing company with its own state-of-the art television, video and audio recording studio; National Laser Institute and Physicians Skin Institute, a luxurious medical spa specializing in next generation aesthetic laser therapies. Gould and Silberman were named in Arizona Business Magazine's 2004 Businesses to Watch.
Matthew Gould
Matthew Gould brings a dynamic business and law background to NLI. Shortly after completing law school, Gould accepted several high-level state government appointments, one in which he led 56 office locations and more than 2,000 employees. Later, Gould founded his own law practice, which grew to specialize in entertainment law. In 1995, Gould became President and Chief Operating Officer of InAmerica Corporation where he led the acquisition of two subsidiary companies. In 1997 Gould left the company to purchase one of its subsidiaries and within a year he dramatically increased its revenues to sell it to another buyer. Since then, Gould has co-founded several successful companies with partner Louis Silberman including Arveo, a direct marketing firm; National Laser Institute, a luxurious medial spa specializing in next generation aesthetic Laser therapies; and Illuma Studios, a state-of-the art television, video and audio recording studio. Gould and Silberman were named in Arizona Business Magazine's 2004 Businesses to Watch.
